“Try meditating for 45 days, just as I tell you. You have spent such a large portion of your life as per your own wish. After performing this meditation for 45 days, if you feel good about it, if you feel that you have benefited from it, that you have obtained peace from it, then you should practice it continuously in your life. And if you didn’t experience any of these things, then give it up. There is no compulsion here.”

H. H. Shivkrupanand Swami

Frequently Asked Questions
Whenever I meditate, I fall asleep. What should I do?
Several people have the same problem. What happens is that people lead stressful lives and as a result their right side becomes weak. Secondly, there is a lot of garbage from our past lives within us and as a result, the left side is weakened. As long as that is not removed, a person will fall asleep during meditation. This will not happen at a later stage.
Where should I place my attention during meditation.
You must have seen how the top portion of a new born child’s head palpitates. We have to concentrate and put our chitta on that part of the head during meditation. As we grow older, the soft portion on the top of the head starts filling up and hardens. Our attention should be at that place. If we place our hands on the knees, our attention veers there; if we place our hands on our chest, our attention will be on the chest. Thus our attention will be centered wherever we place our hands. This is generally how our body behaves. When you place your hand on the top of your head, your attention will go there, that is, it will be centered on the Sahastrar chakra. You should concentrate on the top of your head during meditation.
What should I do if I get thoughts during mediation ?
If you get thoughts during meditation, allow them to come because the mind is not yet accustomed to meditating. As you keep on meditating regularly, your thoughts will slowly decrease. But if you pay attention to your thoughts, they will increase. Therefore if you get thoughts, let them come. There is no need to pay attention them.
Benefits of Himalayan Meditation

This deep connection helps practitioners understand their true nature and align more closely with the natural world, fostering a sense of oneness with all that is
Mental Peace
Regular practice helps develop feelings of gratitude, acceptance, and satisfaction, which contribute to a profound sense of inner peace. This can significantly alleviate stress, anxiety, depression, and general sadness, as the mind becomes more stable and serene.

The combined effects of spiritual clarity, mental peace, and focused energy contribute to an overall enhancement of life quality. Practitioners often report improved personal relationships, greater professional achievement, and a more fulfilling life experience.
